Scrapbooking Tools - What Do You Need
Scrapbooking, like most crafty-type endeavors, can be fun (and cheap) at the beginner level, but the costs can really pile on as you get more advanced. The basic stuff you'd need are a book (of course) some paper, mounting squares, glue and embellishments - papers, stickers all of that good stuff.
I don't know if they have them where you live but, if you have them, check Dollar Tree. They usually have a pretty good selection of scrapbook paraphernalia, for a mere dollar! I don't scrapbook, but I buy a lot of the papers, die-cut shapes, hole punchers, markers, stickers and scissors for my other crafts. If you don't have Dollar Trees, try your local dollar-store, or even other discount chains. They are usually much cheaper, and less overwhelming than the craft store. I know that that crazy Sizzix wall at the front of the local Michael's is overwhelming, not to mention the endless wall of papers... I can only imagine the choices that must present!
